Arundel features brick and stone walls, an oversized soaking tub overlooking private gardens, and a private terrace leading to the Great Lawn. Canaervon provides a private balcony with views of Penobscot Bay and a seating nook with views of Sherman's Cove. Windsor offers garden views from the turret's curved windows.
Dining Experience
Chef Phil Crispo, formerly of the Culinary Institute of America, uses local Maine ingredients to create the hotel's menus. A three-course breakfast is prepared daily, starting with an Amuse and followed by pastries. The hotel has a full Liquor License and offers a beverage menu at the bar. From November through May, a bar and bites menu is available, and pop-up restaurant nights are hosted on weekends. Dining rooms with fireplaces offer settings for dinner.
